Nice healthy looking rabbits there. Were they shot off the bipod?

Another little trip out

Had to get a load of fencing posts yesterday for my old man to extend his veggie patch and fruit garden and to help stop the continued attacks from the increasing numbers of rabbits round here. As I drove the trailer up into the field there were a good number of rabbits already out in the middle of ...

Little trip out

Well having just returned from a family holiday in North Cornwall it was time to check out what was about and see if much of the crops had been cut. Ten minute drive and arrived at my furthest permission to find that the corn was golden but not yet cut so pigeon decoying will have to wait a bit long...

Re: Clever corvids

Some good observations there and yes indeed they are clever creatures. Years ago when I was a kid my old man recounted a tale that he had seen a crow hanging upside down by one leg from a powerline. He stopped the car and had a closer look expecting to see the bird with its claws somehow tangled in ...

Just a few more

Same old story (must start going after some corvids or pigeons soon). Decide...

Re: Creating a shot string

Cheers Mark, you guys are a great help. I've already got Chairgun so will find a nice quiet day when the kids aren't around to get some data.

Re: Creating a shot string

Cheers Timmy,

Would you recommend I go all the way from 190 down to 100 to find the 'sweet spot'? And any idea on the torx bolt size?

Regards

Chris

p.s. crops are starting to ripen so pigeons will soon be on the cards hopefully.

Creating a shot string

Hi, Just got my comnbro chronoscope and want to make an analysis of the shots. Would welcome recommendations for doing this i.e. chart every pellet or one every five? Also as its a pre-tamper S410 what size is the torx bolt if I need to make any adjustments? (I already have the correct size allen ke...
