Re: s410f super light power problem

Hi, buy some cheap pellets and use those, rather than expensive AAF, to run it in. You should find that the power comes up after a couple of tins, the temp can affect things as well, not just the gun but the chrono too. Once it is run in try different pellets as these can make a difference as well. ...

Re: s200 more problems

This has come up before and it's usually the pellets causing the issue. Have you mixed together two lots of the same pellets? I did this with AAFs, same weight and head size but from different batches. The result was two nice groups several inches apart. I sorted the pellets back into two batches an...

Re: stock weight

Hi, there is about a half pound difference between the beech and superlight stocks with the beech being heavier. My superlight classic weighs the same as my sons beech carbine when there is normally half a pound difference if they were both beech.

Re: S410 Superlite Carbine .22 - Lost Accuracy

Sounds like the pellets are a likely culprit. Save yourself the stress of fiddling and buy some other pellets first. AAFields work very well in my S400 .22 but JSB Express and RS are even better.

Re: S410 Superlite Carbine .22 - Lost Accuracy

Have you mixed two lots of the same pellets together? I did this with AA Fields, same pellets, same weight, same size but different batch number so from different dies. Three pellets would be spot on then the next two would be two inches high and left. This went on and on for ages until I noticed th...

How do you polish the hammer rail on an S400?

As the title really. My 22 S400 has dropped a little power recently, half a pound , so I was wondering if the hammer rail needs a clean. It's three years old from new and had a fair bit if use, about 5000 pellets through it. Nice and consistant with a 3fps spread over ten shots using JSB Express. Wa...

Re: S410 Carbine Superlite - Very fussy on pellets

The breech o ring can sometimes get blown out if the gun is fired with the bolt not fully engaged. Try some JSB Express pellets, they are great in my rifle. I get them from Intershoot £13 a tin or £95 for ten tins post free.

Re: S410 Carbine Superlite - Very fussy on pellets

My S400 .22 loves JSB Express and Falcon AP. It also likes Bisley LRG but they Need an extra push to seat them and drop the power by half a pound. Have you tried feeding them without the mag? If they still don't fit properly then it won't be the mag and there might be missing o ring in the breech. I...
