A lot of useful info disapeared when the old bbs went down.
I think there is a strip down guide for the S410 on youtube which is a S400 with a rotating magazine.

Re: Ray Ross
As a member of Rivington Riflemen, I always found Ray a gent and a font of Knowledge re airgun law and always willing to share this knowledge as some will testify.
He was also an ardent HFT shooter and well known and liked in this arena. He will be sorely missed.
RIP Ray.

Been down this road a couple of times and its cost me twice as much to take it up again.
Have a rest if you must but keep all your gear for now.

Re: Combro chrono any good?
Unfortunately the Forensic Science Service shut down 3 years ago. Calibration can be carried out by any UKAS registered Lab. I have no doubt that some labs do use a Skan but will also have to have it independently calibrated on a regular basis. There are other chrono's about, as good as, if not bet...

Re: timbum drop in kit
Good write up Timmytree, I droped one into a HW98 which I had cut half a coil off due to it being 11.8ftlbs.
From 10.8ftlbs ish it then went to, with the tbm kit to 11.2ftlbs and very consistent fps.
